Tracy Murray Moore

Tracy is an accomplished human resources executive with over 20 years of proven success delivering and implementing innovative and strategic HR programs and initiatives that improve performance and employee engagement.

As the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Reinvestment Fund in Philadelphia, she is responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy in support of Reinvestment Fund’s strategic direction, specifically in the areas of diversity, talent management, change management, training, and compensation.  She has previously worked for numerous companies and nonprofits, from the American Red Cross, American Friends Service Committee, to Siemens Water Technologies and NJ Manufacturers Insurance Co.

Tracy Murray Moore Consultancy provides HR Consulting, Corporate Training, and Executive Leadership Coaching for various organizations to include Rowan, LaSalle and MEA.

She earned a BS in Human Resources Management and an MS in General Management/Health Administration from the University of Maryland, University College.
