Rosanne L. Hartman, Ph.D. is a full professor in the Department of Communication at Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y. Currently Co- director of Strategic Communication and Former director of the graduate program of M.S. of Communication and Leadership at Canisius College, Rosanne consults and creates training for nonprofit organizations while teaching at Canisius College. Rosanne is an award-winning researcher where her most recent publication on women in the workforce was awarded the 2021 Literati Outstanding Paper award from Emerald Publishing. As an educator, Rosanne specializes in the areas of Organizational Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Conflict Communication and Leadership. Rosanne received her Masters and Ph.D.from the University of Buffalo
