About Richard Pryzwara (He/Him)
Richard T. Przywara, MPA, CFRE, is the President & CEO of Woodlawn Trustees, the Todmorden Foundation, and the Rockford Woodlawn Fund. In this role he is responsible for the successful operation of affordable housing and land conservation in Delaware. Before coming to Woodlawn, Rich was the Senior Vice President for Operations at Ashley Addiction Treatment, located in Maryland with an annual budget of $34 million. Prior to this role, Rich served as Executive Director for the West Chester University Foundation, and University Student Housing (USH) LLC. In this role he led a team that completed the recent $50 million Becoming More capital campaign. His team was responsible for $5-10 million in annual fundraising. Rich was previously the General Manager of the Department of Special Service for New Castle County, Delaware. Richard served as the Assistant Dean for Development and Alumni Relations for Widener University School of Law where he was responsible for annual, capital and planned-giving. Richard received his B.A. in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Delaware. Richard is a member of the Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University, leading workshops on various fundraising topics
