About Kate Rivera (She/Her)

Kate Rivera is the Founder of Kate Rivera Solutions and the Executive Director of the Technology Learning Collaborative, a nonprofit focused on digital equity. She has a broad range of experience in the nonprofit, higher education, and for-profit sectors, as well as a diverse educational background coupling an MBA with an undergraduate degree in creative writing. Ms. Rivera has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on leadership, project management, and fundraising. She operates at the intersection of big picture strategy and practical implementation and is able to achieve results by bringing an analytical lens to a project while simultaneously emphasizing relationships and collaboration. Her large-scale program management experience includes managing a Summer Youth Employment program providing jobs to over 1,000 youth each year and including over 250 community partner organizations, a Digital Transformation initiative for a $35M organization, and a $17M project to close the digital divide which served over 5,000 participants in collaboration with over 50 partner organizations.
