About Jennifer Shropshire (She/Her)
Jennifer Shropshire is honored to have worked in the nonprofit sector for more than three decades, including as a consultant in partnership with Edward (Ted) Swenson through Edward F. Swenson & Associates, Inc. for more than 25 years. Her client portfolio speaks volumes about her values and interests and is a reflection of the varied richness of nonprofit missions regionally and nationally. Jennifer’s consulting practice focuses primarily on strategic planning, fundraising, and board development. She infuses DEIA (Diversity Equity Inclusivity and Accessibility) throughout every project. Jennifer values meeting people where they are, helping them identify their sense of their own agency, and activating their solidarity with others. A wealth of experience serving on the boards of several nonprofits deepens her commitment to having a positive impact on communities. Current board service includes Presbyterian Senior Living and Oswego University Foundation. Jennifer received a BS degree in management science from SUNY Oswego and began her career in the Development Office of the Walnut Street Theatre. Subsequently, she earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
