With dozens of diverse public workshops annually, five certificate programs, and an evolving array of special programs and specialized trainings, The Nonprofit Center has become the vanguard in education and training opportunities for nonprofit executives, staff, board and volunteers.
As a mirror reflecting both current and ongoing issues in the nonprofit sector, workshop subjects include numerous aspects of communications and marketing, fundraising, evaluation and planning, financial management, human resources, board development and governance, and leadership.
We understand that most people who attend our programs are working and therefore we offer a variety of schedules, locations, and length of programs. Many participants in individual workshops continue their professional education with certificate programs, receiving credits for the classes they've already taken.
